You will want to ask if the agency is insured if there is an accident or injury in your home. As well as if they are bonded in the event something is broken, goes missing or is theft.
How many years of experience does your agency have providing Home Care?
Be sure the agency has the experience you will need when finding the right caregiver confidentially. Also, ask who owns and operates the agency.
Does the agency have a Registered Nurse establish and oversee all care plans?

The agency should be able to provide rates upfront upon request depending on the service area and hours needed. Ask if rates vary for nights, weekends, or holidays.

How often are you billed?
Verify how often you will receive a bill and how payment can be made.
Do you accept long-term care insurance?
